The origin of Daniel Wellington watches lies in a wonderful friendship: On his journey around the world, company founder Filip Tysander met a gentleman from the British Isles who had a special fascination for him. Tysander felt inspired by the gentleman's distinguished and at the same time modest style. The Britishman underlined his refined style with luxury watches worn on old weather-tanned NATO ribbons.
